Eyy. I'm sure nobody knows me, and if you do know, you most likely don't give a damn. Well that's fine. kek
So I was the user called Lolqwert, but I decided to change my name permanently everywhere. For a reason, of course. This name, Domovoy (Домовой), was my first user name when I first came to the Internet as an amateur Warcaft III mapmaker. Back then, I was very enthusiastic and passionate about what I was doing. By using that name again, I hope that I can regain at least a small part of my former self. To try and turn over a new leaf, so to speak.

A domovoi or domovoy (Russian: домово́й; IPA: [dəmɐˈvoj]; literally, "[he] from the house") is a protective house spirit in Slavic folklore. The plural form in Russian can be transliterated domoviye or domovye (with accent on the vowel after the v).

If angered by the family's slovenliness, disrespect, or abuse, the domovoi acts in a way resembling a poltergeist but is rarely harmful. The Russian word barabashka (Russian: бараба́шка; "knocker, pounder") is a pejorative term sometimes used to describe domovye in connection with this poltergeist-like activity.
